NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

Agenda for a meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday 29 April 2021 at 6.30 pm via Zoom.

Please note this meeting is scheduled for 40 minutes although it might be extended beyond this time if necessary

1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies
2. Declarations of interest – to receive any declarations of interest in agenda items
3. Minutes – to agree the minutes of meeting held on 23 March (copy attached)
4. Matters arising
   1. Bridges in the village – to receive reports from Clerk and agree any action
   2. Cedar Garth – crossing of the village green for new vehicular access – to receive report from the Clerk and agree any action necessary
   3. Traffic and speeding issues – to receive report from the Clerk and agree any action
   4. Safety issues in the village – Carthorpe corner - to receive report from Clerk and agree any action
   5. Fences on the outer sides of the Avenue – to receive report by Clerk and Chairman and to agree any action
5. Finance matters
   1. To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see attached finance report and reconciliation)
   2. To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see attached finance report)
   3. To note end of year position against budget for 2020/21 (see attached paper)
   4. Insurance renewal notice – to receive report from Clerk and agree action
6. Website – to receive report from the Clerk and to agree any action
7. Snape Climate and Conservation Group – to receive request to stop the cutting of grass in parts of the Avenue and village and to agree action
8. Planning Matters

   2. Update on outstanding planning/compliance matters
      1. Price’s Paving site

      4. Any other planning issues
9. Annual Open Meeting and Parish Council AGM – to discuss and agree time of meetings
10. Newsletter – to agree content of newsletter following the meeting
