      3. Transparency and Openness – To note creation of a website for the PC - report by Clerk (copy attached)
      4. Grass cutting – cost of the placement of an advertisement to seek tenders – report by Clerk
5. Asset Transfer of the playing field from HDC to the PC – To approve the transaction of the asset transfer (papers already circulated)
6. Financial matters –

• To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see below)
• To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see below)

7. Playing Field Committee – To receive report from the Committee meeting
8. High speed broadband – to note proposed route of works to support high speed broadband (e-mail already circulated) – Alan Jowett of Openreach will be attending the meeting
